The Transactions Manager will engage directly with Impact Enterprises/SMEs in emerging markets and impact investors globally. The Transactions Manager will work closely with the ILF Manager in executing the different ILF transactions and in supporting the overall Fund activities, together with the partner organisations. The ideal candidate will be dedicated fully to the Impact-Linked Fund for Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (ILF for WASH), a follow-up of Aqua for All’s ‘Social Impact Incentives Programme’ (see: SIINC for WASH). Under this programme, we deploy grant funding – amongst others – in selected innovative, blended finance structures targeting local SMEs and Financial Institutions.
